How do I serve Tea professionally?

Tea Professionals shall be knowledgeable of basic tea history and serve a variety of tea: Teas should be listed on a menu

or presented in a professional manner, promoting a majority of loose-leaf tea to tea bags and other beverages.

Service should be efficient and attentive.  Staff should be friendly, well-presented and reasonably knowledgeable

about the variety of teas offered. Tea service will be first class. Pristine cleanliness, fine linens, china and decorations should

create a high-end experience for paying customers.
